Training on Adaptive / Assistive Technology

SW Unlimited uses a solution-driven training approach. Each training session is conducted one-on-one and takes into consideration the product and the individual’s personal limitations so a high level of comfort is reached. All training follows adult learning principles and follows the “Tell, Show, Do” model. Service does not stop after training is conducted; online demonstrations of many of the products are available for refreshers or frequently asked questions. Follow-up is also provided to ensure the individual is comfortable using the product and is satisfied. Questions are always welcomed as the goal is to assist the individual in remaining or becoming as productive as possible.
